Exchange Policy

What is your exchange and return policy?

We do not provide product exchanges nor returns to ensure that every product sent from us is new, clean and safe for babies.

In the event of a defective item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a 1-1 exchange for you.

If you are buying our Cocoon Sleep Bags as a gift and is unsure of the fit, we highly recommend you to size up. They'll grow into it real soon :)

I received a defective item, what should I do?

We sincerely apologise for this, we must've missed it.

If the item is defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide a 1-1 exchange for you.

Please note that terms & conditions apply for defective items, and items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, and with its packaging when returned to us.

We do not accept exchanges in the following situations:

- An exchange request is submitted more than 14 days after an order has been fulfilled.

- An item that is damaged through use or defective but not due to our error.

- An item is free from defects and you wish to change the size, colour or any other specification of the purchased item.

Each order is entitled to a single exchange request that covers all relevant items in the order, whereby delivery of the replacement item(s) is free of charge.

Subsequent redelivery is chargeable at $10 per trip for Singapore orders. 

How about defective items for international orders?

International orders are not eligible for any exchanges or returns in the event of defects. Rest assured that all our products go through thorough checks for defects before we mail them out.

What is the warranty policy for my Play Mat?
