Yes. We offer free standard courier in Singapore with every S$80 purchased (calculated after use of any discount code). 

Yes, just select "Pickup at Ted & Luna" as your Shipping Option. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not go down until you have received our email. 

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 3-6 working days after purchase. This may differ during major sale and promo periods.

Opening hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

Please note that self collection of your order has to be done within 30 days.

If you have already made an order, and you have paid for delivery, you can still opt for self-collection if we have yet to ship out your item. Please do drop us an email at hello@tedandluna.com to let us know within 24 hours from order confirmation. We will refund your delivery charge via store credits.

Each order will be delivered to only one address. You will have to create two orders if you would like to send two gifts to two different addresses.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout.

For International Orders: International orders are subject to customs clearance. Estimated delivery lead time is 14 to 21 business days from date of order.
